Reservation requests made 3 weeks or more in advance, you must RECONFIRM upon arrival on the island/48 hours prior to your reservation date. Please note: Your reservation will be noted but NOT confirmed until you reconfirm 48 hours before. A reservation code will be issued once reconfirmed. Your booking is only confirmed after receiving a manual confirmation from our team. It is the guest’s responsibility to follow up. Due to high request volumes, we are not responsible for unconfirmed reservations that are not properly verified.( NOTE GROUPS OF 8 OR MORE WILL NEED TO COMPLETE A RESERVATION POLICY FORM & DEPOSIT).
